After previously losing a fur baby, our pup became lethargic and not himself. Zachary was absolutely incredible! Not only did he notice we were almost an hour away and tried to save us time on getting our pup seen, he was with us every step of the way and greeted us as we brought Loki in for an emergency visit to help if we needed it! The entire staff was very friendly and understanding and treated Loki as though he was one of the family! We are incredibly happy with this place, and will most definitely come back! Thank you all so much for making Loki feel better, it means more than words can describe ❤️
Since moving to westerville, we have been going to this vet after our older dog had an emergency visit. They showed us so much patients and care during that visit that our decision was made for them to be our full time vet. Every visit they show so kuch attention and patients with the dogs and animals. The front desk staff is always very friendly. The vet techs are always accomidating for you and your animals and the vets are very knowledgeable and great at explaining what is happening. I would highly recommend this vet and we will continue to visit as long as we live close.

Our 12 year old cat was sick and being treated by our vet but took a turn for the worst on a Saturday. Our vet was closed. We picked West Vet from the reviews and very glad we did. Everyone was just amazing. Rocky was more sick than we realized, they got him in right away. Explained everything to us, listened to our concerns. He had to spend the night, but happy to say he's home and on the road to recovery. And we are forever grateful 😊
I've had nothing but great experiences with WestVets! They've taken care of all three of my dogs over the years, and every visit—whether it's a new puppy checkup or end-of-life care—has been handled with so much care and compassion. The online scheduling tool is super easy to use, and the staff usually gives me a quick call right after to confirm everything and make sure they understand the details. Just an awesome team all around
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this vet office is! My Doberman is ALWAYS sick with something or another. Every time i take her in i know she is getting treated by the very best and also I truly feel they care. Obviously going to the vet is exspensive but I truly feel they are worth it. Plus, I also feel like if they can they always help with the cost of things or are very upfront about cost!
Also, all of the staff is amazing down to the front door staff that greet you!
