Dr. Kratz grew up in Alleghany County, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Bridgewater College and went on to pursue her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. After graduation, Dr. Kratz decided to stay in Ohio and work as small animal veterinarian for a private practice in Lancaster, OH before joining the Westerville Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Kratz has always been passionate about caring for animals and being a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Dr. Kratz is excited to provide high quality and individualized healthcare to each and every animal that visits our clinic. Dr. Kratz believes that your pets are an important part of your family and she aims to treat them as such. Her professional interests include internal medicine, behavioral medicine, and cardiology.

Dr. Kratz lives in Reynoldsburg with her husband and two young children. In addition to their two kids, they have two rowdy huskies (Apollo and Kratos) and a cat named Yuna. Outside of the clinic, she loves to spend her time outdoors either hiking/exploring metro parks or playing in the backyard with her kids.
